UPSIDE DOWN CLUB

After School & PD Day Program

Ages 5 - 10 yrs

It’s an after school & PD day interest club offered by the North Peace Gymnastics Club to school aged children. The program finds it’s foundation in Gymnastics Canada’s philosophy of FUN, FITNESS and FUNDAMENTALS in which children learn physical literacy through games and play with the incorporation of gymnastics apparatuses and applicable support equipment. This program encourages imagination, independence, responsibility and positive self-esteem.

Time is also dedicated to hands on creativity through crafts and age appropriate imagination play in an open classroom type setting.
